As a Former Canada Immigration Officer, I have dedicated the past 20 years to helping my clients achieve their dreams of calling Canada their home. As a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), as well as the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), we are authorized to represent our clients in all immigration matters before the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), the Immigration & Refugee Board (IRB), as well as the Department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).

Canadian Immigration Problem Solvers was started over 20 years ago by Adam Blum (MBA, BBA, CSC, RCIC), a Former Canada Immigration Officer with the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada (now called Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada). After leaving the public sector, Adam became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and founded Canadian Immigration Problem Solvers Ltd.

What's more, each program for obtaining an immigration visa or temporary residence visa to Canada has different requirements.
Canada Start-Up Visa Program

The Start-Up Visa Program is a Permanent Resident (PR) program which links successful applicants with private sector organizations in Canada who are able to provide funding, guidance and expertise on establishing and operating a business in Canada.

Successful applicants will be issued Permanent Residence to come to Canada, incorporate a company, and work on a start-up business concept in conjunction with a Canadian government-approved business incubator.Applicants who wish to accelerate their move to Canada may also be eligible to apply for a Work Permit in advance of their move.
Family Sponsorship

Canadian citizens and permanent residents who are 18 years of age or older may apply to sponsor close relatives, such as their spouse or partner, parents or grandparents, as well as dependent children, who want to become permanent residents of Canada.

Sponsors must sign an undertaking of support, in which they must promise to support their sponsored family member(s) for a certain period of time depending on which family members they are sponsoring.The following links provide detailed information on the most common sponsorship programs currently available in Canada.
Federal Skilled Worker Program

This program is part of the Express Entry system.
