Poor experience today at this business
I was given confusing directions to get to this site
Once inside I was given a brochure by Drew with very little explanation and 2 names of contractors one of whom I would never use
No information was given by staff to me about AL-Mar Vinyl Products such as warranties ,who manufactures this vinyl product or how to replace damaged vinyl
I cannot remember receiving such shoddy service anywhere
The only reason for the 1starI had to tap that one to give this poor review
