We have brought two pups here for their initial vaccines and microchips. They're always friendly, make us feel welcome, and go above and beyond to make the whole visit a pleasant experience. When we recently went through a rather scary dental event with our pup, their support was amazing! They truly work as a team and they don't come across as being motivated by profit and unnecessary diagnostics as we have experienced countless times before. Been a client at Castleridge for 15 years and now a returning customer with my new dog! As always, we have been extremely pleased and give the doctors at Castleridge full trust with our pets. They provide us full transparency regarding any medical/health concerns and do not 'sugar coat' anything. They are very upfront with any issues my dog may have. They always provide plenty of articles and resources for us to read to help with any condition our dog is experiencing. Rather then jumping straight to prescribing medication, they help you by educating pet owners about

My cat needed an emergency enema. She is doing much better. The vet seems kind and honest. I am happy with the service provided. The receptionist with the dark hair glasses is a little bit rude, but overall the others are kind. I like the memorial candle. That's sweet.

I get my dog's teeth cleaned yearly, I thought I would try a new vet as this one is closer to me now. They quoted me a cleaning starting at 900 minimum up to 2500.. I've never paid more than 600 even when teeth needed to be pulled. I will not be booking here.
