Home Inspections
Our comprehensive home inspections evaluate structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing. Using thermal imaging technology, we identify hidden issues like moisture intrusion and electrical hotspots. Clients receive detailed digital reports with photos and maintenance recommendations, ensuring informed decision-making for buyers and sellers.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging detects temperature anomalies invisible to the naked eye, revealing hidden plumbing leaks, electrical faults, and insulation gaps. This non-invasive technology enhances inspection accuracy, preventing costly future repairs. Our certified inspectors interpret thermal data to provide actionable insights during property evaluations.
Roof Inspections
We examine roof coverings, flashings, vents, and structural components for wear or damage. Our inspections identify potential leaks, improper installations, and safety hazards. Using both visual checks and thermal imaging, we assess roof lifespan and recommend maintenance or repairs to protect property value.
Foundation Assessments
Our foundation evaluations check for cracks, water intrusion, and settlement issues. We inspect basements, crawlspaces, and visible structural elements, documenting conditions that may affect stability. Reports include recommendations for addressing wood-soil contact, drainage problems, and structural reinforcement needs.
Home Maintenance Reports
Post-inspection, clients receive a FREE HomeBinder subscription containing customized maintenance schedules and repair records. This digital tool helps homeowners track warranties, service history, and upcoming tasks, promoting long-term property care and value preservation through organized documentation.
