If requesting a custom size of an item from our online catalogue, please enter the name of the item. Please describe what you want as precise as possible. For altering/modifying jewellery, please describe the modifications required. For making custom jewellery, please clearly state size, karat of Gold, precious metal (Gold/Silver/Platinum), colour of gems, gems, any particular measurements you require, etc.
Shipping Rates & Details

Flat Rate Shipping of $10 on orders less than or equal to $125 shipping to destinations in Canada. For orders over $500, we will use FedEx to ship the product(s), otherwise, we will use CanadaPost. Items are accepted for exchange only if the items are returned in original condition within 14 days and with bill of sale, and all original tags and/or documentation provided to you.
