I had a horrible experience having my device fixed at Itronics. From the moment you walk into the store, no one is there to greet you. It took over 3 months for them to not be able to fix my device and still charged me. No one ever called me to follow up with me with what was happening with my device. I always had to reach out to get an update and they would tell me things on the phone then something completely different in person. If you need something fixed, I highly recommend looking somewhere else.

Horrible service, came back seven times to get my phone fixed of a small crack, they broke the new screen, returned the phone late and sim cards no longer functioned and this time returned it and touchscreen does not function. Avoid this place at all cost!

Have a phone or computer issue is like losing a life line in my business and when first went to itroncis many years ago, when they were in VanHorne they were understanding, compassionate, reliable and reasonably priced which is why I recommend them ANYTIME i hear someone needs an issue. Even though they are no longer close by I will still only go to them when I have an issue. They are the only people I trust. Loyal, honest and reasonably priced what more can you ask for? I 💯 recommend them!

My iPhone wasn't charging properly anymore because there was an issue with the charging bit inside the phone (it wasn't my charging cable, I had checked). The repair was done fast (like an hour, I just had a coffee nearby or you can wait there too, they have a seating area), it cost $51.74 CAD (incl of taxes & all). I don't know how that price… compares to what this should cost - I didn't shop around; it's certainly not nothing, but I was happy as it solved my problem and as it is definitely much cheaper than buying a new phone, even used, which I would otherwise have had to do.
