The process of creating a special dedicated file for the embroidery machines to reproduce the pattern is called Digitizing. This is a process where artwork is converted into digital data by plotting the points of the design.

Screen printing is the process of applying specialty inks to custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other custom apparel. Screen printing is often referred to as silk printing because historically, silk was the material used on the screen before the synthetic mesh screen was created. Your custom design is set up on mesh screens dedicated for each colour required.
