Applied Biomechanics is committed to keeping our clients, team members, and community safe during this time. Applied Biomechanics is Guelph's first full-time clinic providing custom foot orthotics, custom orthopedic and neuromuscular bracing for children and adults, cranial molding helmets, canine (dog) bracing, orthopedic footwear, and compression stockings.

We are proud to be the only Accredited Facility in the Guelph or Wellington County, as designated by Orthotics Prosthetics Canada (OPC). Our caring and knowledgeable staff have over 70 years of combined clinical and technical experience. They will ensure you receive orthotic and bracing treatments and products that are unmatched in quality, fit and function.

Applied Biomechanics was established in Guelph, Ontario in 1995 as the city's first full-time clinic providing custom foot orthotics, custom orthopedic and neuromuscular bracing, orthopedic footwear, and compression stockings. Applied Biomechanics has seen continued growth and expansion over the past 25 years to the point where in 2011 we moved to our present location at 214 Speedvale Avenue West.

Applied Biomechanics is proud to have achieved the Accredited Facility in Orthotics designation by Orthotics Prosthetics Canada (OPC). Our orthotics and foot clinic is a bright and spacious 2200 square foot facility comprised of both clinical and lab areas. Each device that we make is fabricated in our on-site lab using state of the art technology and materials.

At Applied Biomechanics, we offer a variety of orthoses designed to add stability to different parts of your arm. Our team can provide everything from hand and wrist braces to shoulder and arm braces, to elbow braces and other custom options. These orthoses are designed to treat a range of conditions, including different types of arthritis, nerve injuries, joint injuries, tendon and muscle injuries, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and more.
