I had the most amazing experience with A-1. They went out of their way to help me, explaining how to work around a missing damper and giving me places to go to get a replacement made and how to install it myself. They walked me through the options to get it done through them and recommended I do not do so given the high cost involved. Very impressed with the service.

100% would recommend - not only did they help, but I learned so much! This is our first real fireplace so a lot to learn. we had another company clean this out for us last year and only days after our damper broke or fell off track. I just called A1 and Aaron, who answered the line really did his best to help out and got me on the phone with a technician RIGHT away to see if they could help with the issue we're having. Fast forward 10 minutes and Owen ( a tech) was on video call with me to see if he could help me with my issue. The amount of education and understanding i got from our call was
