Michael daCosta, a jewellery designer and certified gemologist, opened Fortunes in 1986. Each idea is carefully sketched to exacting proportions and then transformed into distinctive treasures accented by precious gems from around the world. Henceforth, Fortunes will be allowing in-person design consultations and shopping, based on indications from the Ontario government.
