We encourage greater mobility through re-alignment using custom orthotics as well as exercise prescription for long term rehabilitation and success (and we also carry the coolest selection of compression socks in town).
We are located in Kingston, Ontario and we are the only clinic in Eastern Ontario with 3D gait analysis. This gait analysis system allows us to perform the most accurate measurements and identify areas where there is either excessive or reduced range of motion. These deficiencies can be treated with orthotics, stretching, and / or strength conditioning.

Meghann has a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University and she obtained her Canadian Pedorthics Certification in 2001 and has been practicing as a pedorthist in the Kingston area since then. Meghann is a member of the College of Pedorthics of Canada and the Pedorthic Association of Canada. She regularly attends conferences on biomechanics and rehabilitation research to ensure continued professional development.
