We are a second-generation family-owned and operated business established in 1959, offering 6 housekeeping cottages and 57 seasonal trailer sites on the shores of Clear Lake. Our property is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Rideau Canal, situated between Chaffeys and Newboro Locks, providing access to 6 additional lakes for fishing and boating. Guests enjoy swimming, water sports, beach volleyball, basketball/pickball courts, hiking, cycling, and relaxation. The surrounding area features golf, live theater, shopping, dining, and cultural attractions in Westport, Gananoque, Perth, Kingston, Ottawa, and Prince Edward County.Our cottages range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, accommodating 4 to 6 guests, with modern amenities and scenic views. 57 seasonal trailer sites accommodate long-term stays with electrical hookups and proximity to shared amenities. Sites range from shaded to open lakefront locations, offering flexibility for different trailer sizes and guest preferences.

Beautiful Clear Lake! Started going there when I was 5 years old. brought All My children here on vacation every year with my parents when they were alive. Made many memories here that will last a Lifetime ❤️

I've been here in years before the pandemic, and didn't enjoy it as much. I found it crowded and not overly welcoming. But this year there are WAY less people and way more inclusive.

We have stayed at Green Valley twice now. The first weekend, we spent in a cabin in the fall (Cabin #1). Clear Lake was on our doorstep. What a gorgeous way to take in breath-taking sunsets, spend some time on a private dock, and enjoy a bonfire together! The cottage was well-equipped, cozy, and perfect for our group. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. We have just returned from a winter weekend at The Gathering Place. Wow. Jan and Dave have done it again. The house was spacious, warm and stunning. Stayed at the Gathering Place and had one of the most relaxing, fun and overall enjoyable weekends! The place is wonderful and has everything you would need and then some... Jan and Dave went above and beyond to prepare the Gathering Place for our group of 6 ladies and it really showed. We felt like we were part of the family. Soo cozy. Will definitely return.
