Very disappointed with this clinic, several times tried to even talk to the doctor about my symptoms. I understand about being careful about Covid, but whats the use of having a doctor if you cant even talk to him. I would have to wait 2-4 days for a PCR test to come back even though I know my symptoms are not even related to Covid. Whats the use of a rapid test, if the doctor wont even acknowledge it?

Very disrespectful and hard to reach in terms of appointment. When the appointment does occur, Dr. Illumperuma seems unmotivated to help, giving the bare minimum advice. I received an infection from one of the medications he suggested and when this was reported to the office, he stated "there is no way to help as I am unable to see you in person." Understanding Covid-19 has forced us all to follow rules, disappointing that he isn't pushing for more questions and providing further suggestions
