How long does the average roof take to complete? The average residential home takes between 2-3 days and the average commercial roof takes between 4-7 days. Keep in mind that this depends largely on weather conditions, as well as the size and detail of the roof we are looking after.
Regardless, our installations are all top quality and crews work very diligently on ensuring a timely installation done according to RCABC and BC building code practices.Can I install a new roof on top of the old roof? Whilst this practice used to be very common years ago, it is not something we recommend as it can trap moisture in the system causing years to be taken off the life of your roof.
