I had a lovely experience getting my winter jacket sleeves hemmed here. They provide quick service, with reasonable prices. As well, I was very happy with the result. The seamstress shows attention to detail and care in her work.

If you need something done fast then go here. I have had a few events pop up where I need to get my clothes shortened and this was the only place I found that could do it in time. Another great thing is the prices are great, very reasonable. I have moved to Burnaby and I still can't find a place as good.

Been using this cleaners for about four years and have never let me down. From tailoring to dry cleaning always a very good job. Staff are very friendly and are always accommodating even if it's a rush order that you need for the weekend.

I have been a customer of this business for over 3 years but after today I will never go back. When I came in to drop off my drycleaning, the two ladies behind the counter were arguing about something. They stopped for a brief moment so I put my clothes on the counter and explained that one button needed to be stitched back on. The lady taped the button on to the pants. At this point, instead of allowing me to finish dropping off my clothes, the 2 ladies continued to argue again. One was holding a bill in the air, and they exchanged heated words back and forth. I was getting more angry by the second

I went in to get my pants cut and a dress hemmed shorter and came a week in advance because I understood it was a busy season for them. Yet they didn't get my dress to me on the time they promised. Very upset with their service. I feel like they were inconsiderate and did not value my time. Not professional.

Brought my newly purchased bedskirts in to be steamed pressed since it's too hot to do it myself and they're just too big for ironing board. The person who took my order was clear that they couldn't guarantee they'd get all the wrinkles out but pretended to not understand English suddenly when I asked that they could get "most" of them out. When I picked them up and paid $21, I noted that they didn't really get that many wrinkles out. Same clerk harumphed and rang up my bill without an apology or explanation. Will NEVER go back. Customer service gets a huge thumbs down.
