I believe the overall goal here is to make money and forget about offering great service, I emailed The staff and they need to go through the higher ups before wiping their a$$. So dont expect a refund regardless of the circumstance. Quite disappointing but lesson learned, make sure you read the fine print and know what youre paying for and how you can get your money back should an issue arise, guess what, with kids, problems always arise. I dont recommend this place and it seems some of these reviews are the same, must be true! By the way, all the coaches are players parents and the

Nice indoor field in a convenient location with free parking. The attached facilities could be nicer but it is the field that counts.

Pretty disappointed in the way the club handled a rental booking situation for my dads 60th birthday. My family has been dedicated and loyal to the newmarket soccer club our entire life and the only thing my father requested for his 60th was to play a game of pick up soccer with his friends and family. We got an email 3 days before our booking,… notifying that they had to cancel our booking. It’s so unfortunate they have left us hanging with leaving the best father in the world, dedicated soccer coach, emergency doctor and friend, having a very disappointed 60th birthday. Very unprofessional

Benches around the fields are a safety hazard. Somebody broke their arm while playing because they fell into it. All the coaches here are unqualified and have little knowledge of soccer. Dont waste your time here.
