Cementitious fireproofing and firestopping systems protect structural elements in commercial and industrial buildings. These passive fire protection solutions extend fire resistance ratings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing damage during emergencies.

After being let down by another company, I reached out to Magnus Construction Services. Conrad was very helpful and within a day, had a team at our house to spray foam a small, but important area of our basement. They were very pleasant, informative, efficient, and tidy. I would definitely recommend them!!

Conrad/Magnus team was highly recommended to us by our realtor for the asbestos abatement and insulation of the attic. He explains thoroughly what they need to do and provides you some options to explore/consider. He understood my timeline and did their best to meet my deadline. I could say they did a wonderful job! Thank you to the whole team!

We just bought a house and I knew in advance that our attic insulation would need to be upgraded. Knowing absolutely nothing about attic insulation I started at the Better Business Bureau website. Magnus was the first listing, called and spoke to Conrad. He gave me a ton of information (basically Attic insulation for Dummies 101 !), and suggested tips on what to look for in calling other insulation businesses. To make a long story short, after calling 3 businesses, I went with Magnus. Conrad and his team were highly professional, they protected my flooring while doing the blow-in and he was able

We got our basement spray foamed and I could not believe how accommodating Conrad was with scheduling the job for us.
Cory and Lennie came out and did an awesome job of applying and cleaning up the house when they were finished. They had to come back to finish, they took their time and applied the foam properly. We had a couple of colder nights right after they finished, it was a good test of the insulation. The house is so much warmer. I would recommend Magnus construction for your spray foam job. The price was competitive and I read up on the product they used and I believe it is better
