This vet is absolutely amazing, I no longer live in London but the entire time I lived there I always trusted them with my animals. It isn't easy to find good vets for small animals, but I always knew I could trust everyone here. When I lost my gerbil years ago they sent me a card in the mail signed by all the vets and I still have it to this day.

Lost both our dogs this year. When they were in distress west London pet hospital did not have time for them. We had to call other vet hospitals to find one that would take the time to look at them. Their great when you dont have an emergency. I would not recommend this vet hospital.

Dr. Tucker is a great vet! He's wonderful with my Olaf the rabbit. He is very thorough at explaining things and very well knowledgeable about them. He's very friendly and easy to talk to. Staff seem great as well, very friendly. Great job to all!
