By leaving a completed application and deposit at our head office located at 274 Osborne St. North, just south of the Winnipeg Art Gallery. Your application must be submitted with a rental deposit, which, in Manitoba, is one half the first month's rent. For applications submitted via email, the rental deposit must be paid within two (2) business days of submitting the application.
Tenant Insurance

Many tenants are unaware that the Insurance carried by the building owners does not provide any insurance coverage to you, the tenant. Your furniture, electronics, clothing & other valuable belongings will not be protected without your own Tenant's Package Policy. You are not protected against personal liability should you cause damage to the building or a neighbour's property, eg.

Once approved, you will forfeit some or all of your deposit if you do not proceed with renting the premises. I understand that this application is subject to the approval of Sussex Realty (as agents for the Landlord) and that the deposit will be returned in full if the application is not accepted. This application form, once submitted, shall remain the property of Sussex Realty and will not be returned.
