Recreational Gymnastics

Our recreational gymnastics programs have been designed for athletes of all ages, from our newborns right up to adults! Each course is designed to teach new skills in a fun and exciting manner while allowing everyone to advance at their own pace. The pre-athlete program is designed by Canadian Olympic Team coaches, Paul ApSimon and John Hawes and former US silver medal winning Olympic Team coach Michael Pederson.

Women's artistic gymnastics (WAG) is the perfect synthesis of individual creative freedom of sporting technique and personal expression. WAG is an Olympic discipline, which features four gymnastics apparatus: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. At TRYumph Gymnastics Academy, we pride ourselves in helping our athletes perform at the best of their abilities in a caring and nurturing environment.
Ninja Zone

Ninja Zone is a new discipline inspired by Obstacle Course Training, and Gymnastics. This is the ONLY facility in the East area dedicated to individuals seeking ninja warrior and obstacle adventure race training. The focus is developing motor skills through mobility, balance, power, strength and endurance.
