Mental Health is one of the toughest challenges because to many people it is difficult to understand what is happening and why. As a consequence, those suffering from mental illness are some of the most vulnerable - from the youngest to the oldest. Please submit your completed APR to the Occupational Health Department ASAP as well as notify your manager. All employees and dependent family members of Ontario Shores have access to our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) as part of our benefit plan. This service is provided by Homewood Health who provides a full range of health and wellness services.
