For more than 10 years NORBERT WUNN has been building and maintaining a fast growing Latin Dance Movement/ Community in the greater Barrie area. He has made SMOOTH LATIN GROOVES the most successful Latin dance studio in and beyond Barrie. He teaches the major Club Style Latin dances: SALSA, MERENGUE, and BACHATA.
He also teaches the latest dance craze KIZOMBA. Latin Dance enthusiasts may complete their dancing skills by learning the CHA CHA CHA and RUMBA. For wedding dances students can choose the SLOW WALTZ. Norbert is also teaching beginner level of WEST COAST SWING. He felt an instant passion for Salsa the moment he took his first steps. Once hooked to Salsa he took lessons with local instructors from various Latin countries. To build a solid teaching expertise he attended lessons and workshops with famous teachers from all over the world.
He feels blessed to have been taught by a number of world champions, as well as TV celebrities such as Edita Sliwinska + Alec Mazo famous from 'Dancing With The Stars' and Pasha + Anya from 'So You Think You Can Dance'.He has been teaching public group classes for the City of Orillia and the City of Barrie for more than 8 years.

Private dance lessons are by appointment only. We are teaching during the day, afternoon, and evening, and weekends. Availability depends on open time slots but we are quite flexible in scheduling your appointments. You won't lose any money, though. We are quite flexible in adjusting to your availability and will reschedule if you miss a class.
