Mike is an amazing, knows his stuff and is very honest with you and will do everything to try to solve the problem. This company is very professional, respectful and responsive. I would give them 6 stars if I could. They replaced my ac unit, thermostat, motherboard on the furnace, a surge protector and now they fixed a venting issue I had from previous installers. I recommend Dr Hvac to all home owners.

We are beyond happy and satisfied with the service we recieved from Paolo and Christian today. Given such a large purchase, Paolo kept us informed throughout the installation process. He even spent the time to educate us the use the new system and the thermostat. He and Christian had great interpersonal skills while
maintaining professionalism. We would highly recommend his service to our family and friends, and look forward future maintenance visits. Thank you for delivering above and beyond service.

Our Sales Rep Bruna was amazing. She spent over an hour with my and my husband, looking at our existing AC and furnace, taking meticulous notes, explaining the basics of what to look for, the nuances of all of our options, and provided a detailed quote before she finished our meeting. I was especially impressed that when I questioned the sizes of the units she was quoting us on (smaller than what we had) she had clear confident answers that provided the clarity I needed. She also had one of her technicians call me when I had a very specific question on a two-stage furnace we were considering. It

I would like to thank Byron and the entire team for the installation of our new fireplace. The service was prompt, courteous and completed on time and on budget. They went well above and beyond what was required to ensure our safety and complete satisfaction. They also followed up to assist us with an unrelated problem we were having with the same degree of professionalism. We highly recommend Dr. HVAC to anyone looking for sales, service or installation. Thank you all for your help.
