I thought chiropractic was just a treatment for back pain, but after twelve years on the National Rowing Team, two Olympic medals and a virtually injury-free career, I realized the benefits of chiropractic care were much more wide reaching. You see, I was just like many of you. I went to a chiropractor on the advice of a friend.

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.

First Visit

When you first arrive at West Fourth Chiropractic, you will see a modern, clean, street level office. You will be greeted by our super Chiropractic Assistant - Carla. You will then be escorted into a consultation room to watch a brief 4 min video before meeting Dr. Derek. We will discuss your health concerns and any other questions you have.
