This place is disorganized! We never got feedback about when to expect the headstone. Some places give very poor customer service.

This is my go-to for trophies and awards. Staff are kind and great to work with. Products always have met my need. Lastly, if you are picking anything up from the shop, be prepared to meet their shop cat, the most affectionate Ginger ever.

I had an incredible experience with Caufields Engraving. I was looking for an anniversary gift for my mom and her husband. After a google search I found Caufields website and reached out. They helped me pick… out the wood and gave me a quote in less then 24 hrs of reaching out. I picked up the wood and dropped it off on Tuesday at 4:45pm (15 minutes before closing) and they said they would try and have to done by Friday which was the day before the anniversary and only three days after I had dropped it off. I was so impressed! I got an email saying it was ready to be picked up on Friday

Just received the face visors for Covid-19 protection. Great concept. Once we figured out how to peel the plastic off the visits they seem to be working well.

I am so pleased with the customer service. I msg them because I didn't receive my shields and I got an answer right away. Willy personally called the post office to see what was happening and according to my tracking #, it worked as I'm supposed to get the shields today. When there is delays it's not Caufields faute as they dont even charge delivery. It's our good old Canadian post office. Their products are made in Canada and so affordable. I'll update my review on the shields quality when I get them. Meantime don't be scared of ordering from them. Very reliable company.

Love my shields came in 3 days,I could have used it a couple inches longer,my bad, I bought one for my friends also, were ready to visit 6 ft apart,thanks for prompt service.

I had ordered face shields a while back with ample time to arrive before I was due to open and work with clients. Unfortunately the arrival date was supposed to be 2 weeks ago, this is my first week back with clients and no face shields have arrived. I would not recommend ordering from them.
