We are a specialized mental health clinic offering evidence-based therapy and psychological assessment services to older adolescents and adults. Every one of our clients has our respect: for their decision to confront what is difficult, their commitment to grow through pain, and the strength it takes to step towards change.
We're here to listen deeply and provide tools, strategies and new skills to help our clients resolve conflicts, make choices, heal, strengthen and reconnect with the people and joy in their lives. As a private clinic, we're unable to handle emergency situations. If you are in crisis, please call the Mental Health Mobile Crisis Team at 902-429-8167 / 1-888-429-8167 (Toll Free), 911 or attend your nearest emergency department.

Despite our best knowledge and intentions, sometimes we behave in ways we know are unhealthy. Eliminating undesirable habits, patterns and behaviours has little to do with desire and will power, and much more to do with practical structures that support you in choosing to be your best self.
We'll help you not only understand why a behavior (like unhealthy eating, self-medicating, infidelity, gambling, risky behaviors etc.) continues, but work with you to create the goals and plans to achieve positive and sustainable change. We also support clients in overcoming addiction, or who are affected by a loved one's addiction.
