I set up 2 appointments for someone to come look at my house because mice keep getting in for the winter. Both times someone was supposed to show up within a certain time range, calling first to make sure I was home. Both times nobody showed up, and no calls were made to say why they couldn’t show up. It’s been almost a month since I called to see… why the technician didn’t show up, and I haven’t heard anything back. This company is the WORST ever!! Live in apt bldg and dealing with mice. 3 weeks ago we had an issue which got resolved by my mother and me, Orkin was called and took over a week before they came and put down something and assured there would be no more. Well since Friday we’ve been dealing with mice again. Orkin was called and they refused to come… as they had stairs to climb as elevator being replaced. Said he wouldn’t come till it was working. So no help from them so superintendent went and got old fashioned mouse trap and have them laid out thru apt. I would never recommend

Orkin Canada is a scam. Back in august my mother paid for services rendered in the amount of about $400 on her credit card. . Then in December she was charged the exact same amount when we did not order any services. She called her credit card company and started a charge back which succeeded and she got a replacement card. A week later someone… from orkin called my mother demanding to know why she did a charge back with her visa. She called and explained the situation and they demanded to see proof. She called her credit card company and they verified that she was indeed charged twice and
