Went there with my dog when I first got to London. All women working there. None very friendly. Expensive. Last straw was when they cut the quick on my dogs nail and made him bleed. So stopped going there.

I adopted 2 male kittens from the clinic about a month ago. The experience we have had has been superior to any other London vet clinic we've been to! Lovely, friendly staff. They really care about their clients pets.
