Five star products, five star speed for delivery, five star packaging, five star customer service and five star communication.
Awesome products, awesome pricing and even better people. I experienced a shipping nightmare with CanPar. (I suggest using their other shipping partner UPS) I had placed a second order and contacted Custom Amenities hoping to change my shipping from CanPar to UPS.
Pat from Custom Amenities not only changed the shipper he went so far above and beyond! He contacted CanPar. He stayed in touch with me. He solved the problem with Canpar and then thanked me for being patient
