Horrible experience. They didnt let me go inside with my bird and called me during the visit just to tell me he looks good. I paid $150 for my bird to be looked at for literally two mins and for the vet to say he looks good even when i asked specific questions about him. Go somewhere else where they actually care about your pet

First if all I was so satisfied with this clinic as they were quickly answering the phone and dont put u on hold for so long and my bird got his toe cut and they gave me an appointment on the same day and treated me and my bird so welcoming.

Do not trust this doctor with your bird! He told me that theres nothing he can do to help my bird aside from givong her pain meds yet on the exam report he wrote that the condition can be treated with an antibiotic. On top of that he charged me to administer the medication that I bought without telling me about the charge. Ended up spending $180 to go home with a sick bird and nothing to help it
