As pioneers of third wave coffee in Kelowna we are dedicated to selecting, roasting and preparing coffee that is exceptional. Our coffee journey began in 2002 with ownership of the iconic Bernard Avenue location and the knowledge we could do better. We overhauled all aspects of production. Espresso was returned to the top of the heap and drink size was decreased to offer smaller, traditional coffee drinks featuring latte art.

We are the pioneers of the Third Wave Coffee movement in the Okanagan, which makes us the best choice to help you prepare the perfect cup for your guests. Our veteran Probat roaster is used to meticulously roast each one of our bean profiles, artisan style. This means that we use no gimmicky computerized equipment to roast our beans for us.

In keeping with our coffee overhaul, in 2004 we were began our own wholesale bakery. If fit perfectly with our philosophy of simplicity and taking ownership of what goes across the counter. Everything we prepare is made with real and pronounceable ingredients from scratch everyday. We partner with local suppliers and growers and do not use hydrogenated fats or high fructose corn syrups.
