We had our well pump quit some time on a cold dec saturday night phoned EDS at 8am Andrew was there by 1030am sunday needed a new pump and various other stuff Andrew had water up and running by 6pm 4 families 14 horses were very happy Excellent response friendly and efficient they are my go to people if ever have problems again will set up annual service recommend them to anyone has a well Thanks

We had a FLO Meter (Moen) installed as a guard against any or all unknown water leakage. EDS arrived on time at the appointed scheduled time, with all the appropriate tools and knowledge for a successful installation in what seemed to me to be somewhat of a record time. The technician was also well versed and very professional. While he was here for the requested FLO install he was excellent at all aspects of plumbing, electrical, hot water heater, and our heater boiler, and took the opportunity to advise and to make some minor repairs and some slight improvements to all of our systems. We had a landslide that took out our well during the flooding. They would only send help at over $200 hour plus driving time to hook a temporary line to our neighbors well. Even though its was only a one person job they made it mandatory to have two employees come (for safety reasons) at over $200 hour each, even though Mathew had already been to our place and knew there was no danger. The second person stood around most of the time doing nothing. This worked out to around $1400 in labor charges for 3-4 hours of work!!! This was a once in 50 year event and they took advantage of the situation

We have had a horrible experience with EDS pumps. They ran right out when they could sell us a 5000 dollar filter system. We ended up being out of water for the worst month in history for heat. They could not have cared less. We had elderly people, horses, and other livestock that I as a 62 year old women had to haul water for all of them. They made an appointment finally to come on the 19th but when that day came they told us they were slammed and we would have to wait another week IF they could fit us in. We finally had to go to Union Pumps who said they could be out the next day. Think twice

In the short time, my family and I have been dealing with the folks at EDS, we have been very impressed with their welcoming attitude and their willingness to listen to our problem and offer a solution when asked. They explained what could be done to improve the efficiency of our old equipment and incorporate it into working with all their new devices.
