As a full-time professional home inspector with over 22 years experience, I've seen many wildlife problems with the thousands of homes I've inspected. A recent home had a major raccoon problem in the attic. John Grady corrected the problems in the soffits where the raccoons were penetrating the attic. After having examined his work, I'm genuinely impressed with the quality of work performed and can attest that it surpasses similar work that I've seen from other contractors in the past.

* Revising review 2020 - Having now dealt with John a number of times to come up with a solution for some rather pesky squirrel issues, hes been nothing short of awesome - very courteous with his knowledge and expertise, thoughtful/cost-conscious solutions proposed, and timely responses. Upgrading to 5 stars as a result, would recommend.
2015 Review - John seemed great on the phone, even popped by our place to have a look last fall after one of our tenants heard some scratching noises. After sealing some holes ourselves that he pointed out (and suggested), we thought the problem had went away

Have used John a couple times to help out with squirrels and then raccoons. We back onto a forest and our houses roof design makes it susceptible to wildlife. John is highly professional and will give you fair and reliable advice - wont promote unnecessary work like some of the larger wildlife companies. Both times, he solved the issue. Highly recommend him

We called Grady's due to what we believed was racoons on our attic. I placed a call, left a message and within an hour my call was returned. John Grady arrived at our home a couple of hours later, he explained all of our options and installed a one way door with a screen. He was honest and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend his company. A-1 service!
