We are a full-service audiology and hearing aid clinic conveniently located on Fort St. near the Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, BC. For the last 30 years we have been offering a full range of hearing services including diagnostic testing, hearing aid and ALD dispensing, batteries, accessories, repairs and counseling for those struggling with tinnitus and hearing loss.
Our clinic has free parking and is situated on two major bus routes in Victoria, and is completely wheelchair accessible. We have a comfortable reception area and all of our clients are seen in the privacy of our clinician's office. All testing is completed in our sound treated testing booth, and our electronic equipment is serviced and calibrated annually to ensure accuracy.

In general, there are three types of hearing loss. First is Conductive hearing loss, which involves the outer to middle ears. Then there is Sensorineural hearing loss, which involves the inner ear. Lastly there is Mixed hearing loss which involves a combination of both Conductive and Sensorineural loss.
