An insurance appraisal provides an estimate of total replacement cost for a property in the event of a total loss. We call this the Total Insurable Value (TIV) and it is used for placing property insurance. An annual insurance appraisal ensures that you have sufficient insurance covered in the case of a total loss.

The SIUD is a detailed outline of all the finishes and fixtures within a standard unit based on original construction.
