Take-It-Away Removal Services is a locally owned and operated business dedicated to providing a professional friendly service at the best price. We specialize in Junk removal, Bin / Dumpster Rentals, and Demolition. The equipment we use is unique to Take-It-Away. We use a hook lift truck that is more maneuverable than the large roll off trucks, thus allowing us to place a bin in areas others can't.
We serve all of Halifax Regional Municipality. We can sometimes accommodate same day or next day service in Halifax, Sackville, Bedford, Dartmouth, Hammonds Plains and surrounding areas. All prices are up front and include disposal fees so you will not be surprised with the bill after the job is complete.

We provide full service junk removal, bin rental and demolition service. Full Service- We load and haul your debris; you don't have to lift a finger. Bin Rental- We drop the bin, you load it and call us to arrange pick up. Demolition- We do demolition jobs such as garages, sheds, decks, fences, kitchen, bathroom, etc.

Disposal fees are included for up to 1 ton in the 12 yard bin, 1.5 ton in the 16 yard bin and 2 ton in the 20 yard bin. The prices above are for construction debris or household garbage.

My name is Daren Cook. I am the owner/operator of Take-It-Away Removal Services. I started the business in 2008 while I was working as a carpenter with a renovation company. I first bought a truck and dump trailer to remove debris from our own job sites. I then decided to start advertising my services to other businesses and home owners.
