Runners Light Hauling has provided courier, light haul trucking, and hotshot services to customers within the Edmonton area and throughout Western Canada for more than 35 years. We serve customers in many industries including oilfield, construction, pipeline, forestry, distribution, manufacturing, etc.
We operate a diverse fleet of vehicles to transport a variety of freight including (but not limited to) the following: small parcels, packages, palletized product, steel, lumber, pipe, vessels, motors, fencing, etc. With our fleet of flat decks and vans we can transport a wide variety of freight up to 65,000 lbs.

Runners Express was founded in August of 1980 to provide courier service in the Edmonton area and Hot Shot service throughout Western Canada. Over time our services and fleet expanded to include Light Haul Trucking for both local deliveries and Hot Shots. In 2006 our name was changed to Runners Light Hauling (2006) Ltd.

Runners Light Hauling is more than just a courier company. Our service offering includes a wide range of courier and industrial deliveries within Edmonton and the surrounding areas. However, with 2 Ton and 5 Ton flat decks and vans, goose neck trailers, and Tractor Trailer flat decks in our fleet we have the capacity to transport loads of up to 65,000 lbs either in town, or out of town as a Hot Shot.

Runners Light Hauling owns and operates 17 trucks including Ton pickups, 1 Ton, 2 Ton, and 5 Ton flat decks and vans (some with power tailgate), goose neck trailers, and two Tractor/Trailer units with 53 ft tridem axle flat deck trailers. Our fleet also includes an additional 8 trucks owned and operated by independent contract drivers using mini vans, Ton pick up trucks, 1 Ton and 2 Ton flat deck trucks, and 5 Ton vans.
Fuel Surcharge

Runners Light Hauling follows the fuel surcharge guidelines published by the Freight Carriers Association of Canada. We adjust our fuel surcharge on the first of each month in accordance with the recommendations provided by the FCA.
