Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to treat musculoskeletal conditions. We address acute injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation using evidence-based techniques tailored to individual goals. Patients benefit from personalized care plans developed by therapists with advanced manual therapy certifications.
Sports Rehabilitation
Specialized sports rehabilitation focuses on injury prevention and performance optimization for athletes. Our team works with Olympic champions and recreational athletes using functional assessments, sport-specific exercises, and dry needling to accelerate recovery and enhance athletic capabilities through evidence-based practices.
Dry Needling
Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) targets muscle tightness and trigger points causing pain through fine needle insertion. This technique produces reflex muscle relaxation, reducing pressure on joints and soft tissues while promoting healing for chronic and acute musculoskeletal conditions.
Vestibular Therapy
Vestibular rehabilitation addresses dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders through specialized assessment and treatment techniques. Our therapists use evidence-based protocols to improve balance function and reduce symptoms related to inner ear dysfunction and neurological conditions.
Shockwave Therapy
Non-invasive shockwave therapy uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing in soft tissue injuries. Effective for treating tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and calcifications, this technology promotes tissue regeneration and pain reduction through enhanced blood flow and cellular activity in affected areas.

Top rate physio from Carmen and a very well run operation. She worked on hand injuries from a cycling crash. Physio was skilled and exercises provided are practical. She has an excellent understanding of the physiology behind injury. Reception and facility also first rate. Good covid protocols in place. Highly recommended

I have been working with Anna-Lise since early September and am very-pleased with the progress I have been able to make on my knee injury due to the treatment and recommended exercises. The entire process from booking the initial appointment to my last has been seamless and I have been very impressed by Marda Loop Physiotherapy's service. Anna-Lise has been beyond helpful and it is very evident she shows genuine care in her clients and I have been grateful for the exercises I've been given. Would strongly recommend the clinic to anyone and this will be at the top of my list if I am needing physio
