At a young age, Dr. Tse would accompany her mother to medical appointments to act as the translator and realized how important it is to be able to communicate with your health care provider in your native language.Serving the diverse multicultural community in Toronto for the past 30+ years has been very satisfying for Dr. Tse.

Participated in the South Riverdale Jump Start Early Years Program regarding children's eye health and vision. Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Merene Wong decided to remain in Toronto after graduation to give back to her community by providing comprehensive eye examinations to people of all ages.
