Services
Gutter Cleaning
Our gutter cleaning service addresses Coquitlam's specific challenges with heavy rainfall and tree debris. We remove leaves, organic buildup, and blockages while inspecting brackets, downspouts, and gutter slopes. This prevents water overflow that could damage foundations, basements, and roofs. Our process includes system-wide evaluation to ensure proper water flow.
Roof Cleaning
Professional roof cleaning removes moss, algae, and debris that threaten shingle integrity. Using soft washing techniques, we eliminate organic growth without damaging roofing materials. This extends roof lifespan and improves curb appeal while preventing moisture-related structural issues. Services include post-treatment assessment to ensure complete coverage.
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing service revitalizes concrete, decks, and exterior surfaces using appropriate pressure levels for each material. We remove moss, algae, and grime from driveways, walkways, and patios while preserving surface integrity. The process includes pre-treatment of organic growth and post-cleaning inspection for uniform results.
Downspout Upgrades
Downspout upgrades improve water diversion from foundations through improved connections and debris management. We install clean-out traps to prevent underground drain tile clogs while ensuring proper water flow away from properties. This service reduces erosion risks and basement flooding potential during heavy rains.
Window Cleaning
Professional window cleaning addresses both interior and exterior glass surfaces. We remove mineral deposits, pollen buildup, and urban grime using streak-free solutions. Our process includes frame and sill cleaning to prevent water retention issues. Skylight and rooftop window cleaning is performed with specialized safety equipment for hard-to-reach areas.

I will be recommending Nathan to my family, friends and neighbours. He and Dylan did a top notch job cleaning my gutters, inside and out! They were on time, fully prepared with all the equipment needed, worked thoroughly and efficiently, and left my property spotless!! Capstone's rates are very fair, and payment was simple and easy. I will definitely be calling him again next fall.
