Chang is the spirit and namesake of Chang's Drapery House. He started in 1980, with a few dollars to his name and a whole lot of passion and entrepreneurial spirit. Over the last 30+ years he's grown his "Drapery House" to be one of the biggest and best window covering companies serving the GTA. Joseph studied Business (Economics and Accounting) at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Emigrating from South Korea 40 years ago, Chang came to Canada to pursue "The Canadian Dream". In 1983, he bought a small piece of land at 1672 Dundas St. E, Mississauga, ON. Formerly a restaurant, Chang would turn it into his house, his drapery house. From its humble beginnings, Chang's has now served over 100,000 customers.
