At over 21,000 square feet, this project consisted of warehousing space, service bays, offices and a large customer focused lounge area. As Value Tire's second Saskatoon site, the owners wanted maximum exposure on the busy north end intersection of Marquis Drive and Burron Avenue. The angled design of the facade lends itself to maximizing curb appeal.
