We had a great experience with Greg's services on buying our first house. He provided valuable advice and shared his own experiences on home ownership concerns. Shortly after closing the sale, we found our house had a pending work order from the City (to remove a dead tree from our yard, which the previous owner should have done). We sent the information to Greg and he took care of solving it. He explained the available options to us, kept us informed of the process, the steps he would apply, and what outcomes we could expect. At the end we got reimbursed through insurance for what we had to pay
