I reside In Ontario and purchased an investment property in Calgary and then sold the property couple of months later. I must say that my experience has been absolutely amazing. Heritage Law was great to work with for the recent sale of our house and buying another home! Right after the first phone call, they promptly emailed me a list of their fees, which they stuck to and which were very reasonable! Everyone there was friendly and helpful and got back to us right away anytime that we called with a question. Nadine, a legal assistant, was very diligent in making sure all of the necessary documents were obtained and in order, and in keeping me up to date with the process, and answering all our questions along the way! We were dealing with well known law firms in Edmonton for our corporate legal requirements until we found Heritage Law. I am a Mortgage Broker by profession and have been in the Real Estate industry for 10 years. I recently required the services of both David Ferr and James Kadavil and while Ive heard a lot of horror stories about dealing with lawyers, this was not the case for me at all. Everyone at the office from the front desk to the lawyers themselves were very friendly and caring and made me feel secure that my problems were in good hands. During the most stressful time in my life I was happy to know that I was a priority to them.

I thought lawyers were all about emptying bank accounts and draining pockets. Atty Amanda Kadavil made me nervous. young and pretty.
