Great service. Richard came out to my place on short notice when I had left my house keys back in Edmonton. My doorlock has a tricky locking mechanism that ties into the handle so we needed to drill into the lock, but Richard went above and beyond and even offered to replace the the lock free of charge. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I hired this company to install 6 locks on our acreage outside calgary. They gave us really great advice on which smart locks to get, and the service was very fast and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone with a large property looking to get multiple locks installed.

Absolute phenomenal experience! I had a terrible experience with another company. Dominic from Richter came and saved me. He got here in 15 minutes flat, got my door open in 2 seconds and was extremely kind enough not to charge me because of my "cute little baby" and because of the terrible experience I had with the other company, leaving me stranded for 3 hours before telling me they were fully booked and couldn't help me until morning.
But couldn't tell me that during my initial call 3.5hrs prior.
Dominic from Richter, thank you so much for your amazing service. You made a bad experience turn into a positive one and I can't thank you enough for what you did for me. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend this locksmith company. Victor replaced the locks and rekeyed four of my doors. I love that I dont have to search or carry a bunch of keys anymore for the house or garage. He was professional, quick and pleasant to deal with.

I called these guys when i locked my keys in the car. It was evening and I had a job interview the next morning. My spare set was safely locked in there too. I felt like an idiot. Robert arrived when he said he would, got me in my vehicle with no damage, didn't charge extra for after hours, and was so courteous I felt like less of an idiot. Amazing service.
