The Owl Hearing clinic, professional, experienced, and friendly staff. Anika is lovely! She is attentive, and spent time explaining the procedure for my hearing test and took her time to go over the results and answer my questions. I highly recommend this clinic. 10/10

I was so happy I could hear again I completely forgot to write this review! I went here a few weeks ago because I had so much wax in my left ear it was affecting my hearing. The wax was dry and hard which made it difficult to extract, but thankfully Dr. Anika took her time and tried a few different instruments to get all the wax out of both ears. I felt comfortable the whole time and after the appointment I could hear in HD lol. Thank you Dr. Anika!

Had a great consultation at the Owl hearing clinic . The staff was very knowledgeable and professional which made me feel very confident in the care I was receiving.

My son and husband had a great experience at Owl Hearing for hearing assessment and was removal. The office is very organized and easy to work with and the staff were lovely, particularly with my young son.

I had an ear wax removal appointment but i was late because of traffic and they reschedule it the next available one after an hour without hesitation and the process was so good and clean it almost feel like brand new ears thanks to Dr Anika and staff.

Had a great experience with Dr. Anika for my ear wax removal. She was gentle, and she thoroughly explained the process before proceeding. After enduring almost a month of pain and loss of hearing in my left ear due an excessive amount of wax, the procedure to get rid of the wax was quick and painless, and I immediately noticed an improvement in my hearing. I had an amazing experience here. Best money Ive ever spent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The clinic is clean and modern. I went in with an ear infection and was not able to hear at all. I got my ear irrigated and now I am hearing better than Ive ever heard before. Plus, it was super quick.

Girlfriend complained I was ignoring her, so went to get my ears checked! The clinic was super clean, staff super friendly and the service was amazing. I was in and out in 10minutes and can hear so much better (second pic is graphic and was stuck in my ear for months!!)

I have met Annika several times now upon getting my new Phonak Infinio Spheres and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience so far. Annika is very good at her craft and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of hearing aid technology. I had complete blockage in one ear and couldnt hear anything. After a very quick 10 minute treatment my ears were fully cleaned and I can hear perfectly. Very friendly staff with good communication on what was being performed.

Excellent clinic. I was easily able to book an appointment online for ear wax removal. The clinic space is great, and the front desk staff was very friendly. I was in and out in probably 5 minutes. Anika was quick and efficient with the wax removal. I have had this procedure done before, so I knew what to expect and I experienced zero discomfort or pain. I would absolutely come back for any future cleanings and recommend this clinic to other.

I truly had a first rate experience all around. Starting with Anika who is the best audiologist around! She is a terrific communicator and easy to work with. The hearing aids she introduced me to are brand new, just on the market and tailored to my high frequency challenges. Her staff are very polite in a pleasing office environment.

Have been looking to have my hearing tested. The team was able to fit me in with a same-day appointment. The doctor who tested me was amazing. Very patient and thorough. She said that I had perfect hearing and didn't need a hearing aid. There was no cost for the test. I would recommend to others in the area.

When my doctor suggested a hearing test, he gave me a reference to Owl. I must admit I was apprehensive of using a hearing aid. I thought I heard well.

After taking the hearing test, Anika reviewed my results and it was clear that I could use hearing aids but there was no pressure.

Also, I reluctantly admitted that I was concerned about a perceived stigma but she explained how people much younger than myself were using the devices.

I was given a pair of hearing aids to use for two weeks to test out.

The proof that I really needed the aids came home to me when I attended the Toronto Symphony and could hear instruments that I could not previously distinguish in my favourite Dvorak piece.

Each time I have been back to Owl, the care and service has been phenomenal.

Ernest was able to schedule me for an appointment the very next day after I called, which was a huge relief.

Anika took great care during the appointment, successfully removing the earwax that had blocked both of my ears using three methods of removal.

I didnt expect to face this issue at my age, but Im so glad I trusted Owl Hearing Clinic to handle it safely and effectively.

Owl Hearing was fantastic. Anica did a thorough test for my mom and recommended a quality hearing aid at a great price. Their after-sales service was also excellent they made sure everything was working perfectly on our follow-up visit. Highly recommended!

For almost four days, I literally could not hear a thing. Both of my ears were extremely blocked, and I came in and Owl Hearing fixed it instantly! I came in deaf, and left hearing in technicolor. Some pics of my earwax are below, for anyone curious.

I always get so nervous when I have to get my ear wax removed but Anika was very sweet. She kept checking on me all the time and made sure that I was doing well. I really appreciated that. The procedure was quick and smooth. If you get nervous like me or get super anxious about it, this is definitely a good place to go. They also offered me some water and coffee while waiting, making the experience more relaxing.

I've visited several places for hearing checks and hearing aids in the past, but they never fit properly, weren't fixed, and ultimately went unused.
