Its been 6 years since Sosna planned and built us a fantastic primary en-suite bathroom. Recently, the hose on our hand-held shower head sprang a leak so we turned back to Sosna to help source us a replacement part. Within one day, Olga our designer, gave us 3 different supplier choices, ordered the hose we chose and personally delivered the part to us faster than we expected. Once again, Sosna service is timely & perfect. Always easy & a pleasure to deal with.

Sosna is amazing. We hired them for a major reno project and they were a pleasure to work with. They were so well organized, did a really full assessment of our space and provided a detailed project plan which they stuck to. The work was delivered on time, the design is gorgeous and the quality is fantastic. We couldnt be happier and sing their praises to everyone who sees our new house.

Every renovation has its challenges and surprises. Our home was no different.
Sosna have been completely professional during the extensive changes that were required at our home.
Andrei and his team came through on budget and on time. Even after all was completed they have continued to follow up with a couple of changes we had asked for. A special shout out to Adam who went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure we were satisfied with the work. If we have a future renovation down the road, we will certainly consult with Sosna. We highly recommend this five star company for your next renovation project.

My wife and I had our kitchen and family room renovated by Sosna. They have a tried and proven process which helps to ensure success. Before construction work began, there was a good period dedicated to creating the design and a detailed plan which were then used throughout construction. In this way there were no major surprises and nothing was allowed to fall through the cracks. The team was in constant communication with us and with each other.

Any questions or potential problems were dealt with by examining alternatives and discussing them with us before proceeding with a solution. In particular, it was great to be working with the core team dedicated to our project: Olga our designer, Dmitry our site supervisor and Leo our project coordinator. They were continually pushing our project forward with an eye for detail and quality all the way through to completion. We love our completed kitchen and living area and do not hesitate to recommend Sosna to anyone looking to do a major remodel for their home.

We've worked with Sosna for over 8 years. They renovated our home in midtown Toronto in 2017, and have been working with them for home maintenance and repairs. Anything in the house that needs attention, we call Sosna and they are extremely prompt and high quality in their work. We've had repairs across roof, plumbing, redesign, appliances. I highly recommend Sosna for full renovations and regular maintenance!

We were beyond impressed with the renovation with Sosna! The process itself exceeded our expectations. Every step felt organized, clear, and collaborative, and it was a real pleasure working with the entire team. The renovation was finished on time and turned out perfectly. Its such a great feeling to walk into a space that feels like us now. Thank you to the entire Sosna team!

Design phase for our upcoming renos was superb. Olga, our designer, was incredibly collaborative, supportive and just the right amount of challenging (when we needed her to be!!!). She taught us so much, truly listened to our wants and desires, and worked with us to ensure we ended up with a design that we love visually, AND that will be practical and functional for us to live in. She was a dream to work with, as is the rest of the Sosna team!

I recently hired Sosna Inc., for my condo renovation , and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. They transformed my space beautifully, paying great attention to detail. The project was completed on time and within budget, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Sosna Inc., to anyone looking for quality work and a stress-free experience. Thank you for making my home look amazing!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Sosna Home Renovations to remodel two bathrooms,
replace the tiles in the hall and in our kitchen and refresh our kitchen. The experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Lev, Dmitri, Gus and their team were always punctual and professional, consistently arriving on time each day. Their craftsmanship was outstanding, and they provided valuable advice beyond the scope of the agreement,
which greatly enhanced the final results. Sosna took on the coordination between different contractors, relieving us of that headache entirely.

Every day, they made sure to clean the workspace, maintaining a tidy and organized environment.
Having gone through four renovation projects, this one was by far the easiest and most stress-free. The teams responsiveness and helpfulness made all the difference. The project was completed on time and with very good quality. We highly recommend Sosna Home Renovations for any renovation needs. T
heir dedication to quality and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.

Sosna delivers exceptional results. Their attention to detail is remarkable, ensuring high-quality work. I also found them very punctual and respectful, and they left the worksite spotless. One of the projects was to remove and close a barn door between two rooms and it is now impossible to see where the opening used to be. They made sure to find the right baseboard and the right finish to ensure a perfect match, and also insulated the wall.

They also gave me objective and disinterested advice against redesigning my kitchen in a way that would have made the range hood less efficient. I will choose Sosna again as I can be confident that my home projects will be completed on time, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

Andrei and his team at Sosna completed a major renovation at my home in Markham. From start to finish everything was well planned and organozed. I was kept in constant communication as the work progressed and any issue which emerged was quickly resolved. I especially want to thank Boris for the work he did both inside and outside the home. Olga for her advise, patience and recommendations with the design and finishes. Roman did a fantastic job in managing the project and dealing with the city inspector. We are completely happy with the work from Sosna and would recommend the company for any major renovation.

What comes to my mind when thinking / saying Sosna , construction company ?? Only best feelings! Recently we finished major construction of our main floor kitchen , living room and completely new look of staircase !!! We love it!
Sosna was amazing from the start ! First meeting with Andrei
was very warm and very professional! After Olga , our designer, had to stretch her mind to put on paper our ideas with budget frame!
Roman and Adam took care of bringing the project from the design step to completion!
Professional, friendly , on time and well organized! Adam thank you for making sure all appliances came on time in good shape!

Always responding to questions and feedbacks ! Olga , I will remember for a long time our day when we had to pick colour for the living room! So much fun and i learned a lot about lighting!! Project was finished 1 week before the due date, amazing ! And we love it ! We can highly recommend Andrei and his team to anyone who wants to have best construction / renovation experience!!

Sosna is the most professional group of contractors I've ever worked with! Prior to hiring Sosna, we enquired with friends about their experiences. We initially met with Andie and after considering the alternatives, there was no comparison. Our first renvoation was our whole main floor including a complete kitchen remodel. From day one, they were a pleasure to work with, The job came in on time and on budget.

That was not to say there were not a few surprises along they way. The team communicated clearly when they arose and gave us a clear plan to address them. Even with the surprises, the renovation came in on time. This was ten years ago. Since then, we had to other renovations. We went right back to Sosna with no hesitation. They are pleasure to work with. We recommend them to all our friends, without hesitation. If we ever do another renovation, they are the only company I would deal with.

Our remodeled bathroom is worthy of any architectural magazine. Our designer, Camila, had an exacting eye and fabulous suggestions that all came together to deliver us a fabulous retreat. No one would realize the extent of the work that was done to complete this project. The original bathroom was demolished to the joists and built back according to schedule, with all work completed by a talented and coordinated crew of professionals.

These guys restored our faith in contractors. They never missed an opportunity to display the professionalism of their customer support staff. Communication was above anything you would normally expect: clear, friendly and concise. The way they behaved buffered the disturbance that any remodel causes. We will be back with more projects and were not just saying that because of their final champagne toast, shared in the finished product. We do not, as a rule, make recommendations but it would be wrong not to recommend Sosna.

We recently completed a major renovation with Sosna, transforming our main floor and upstairs with a new kitchen, three beautifully remodelled bathrooms, a gorgeous new floor throughout, and an updated staircase. Our home is now stunning and highly functional, making daily life much easier and more enjoyable. From start to finish, Sosna was a pleasure to work with. Kristiina guided us through the design process, and Roman and Vitaly ensured the designs were implemented onsite.

The team was incredibly well-coordinated, kept us informed at every step, and finished everything one week earlywhich we greatly appreciated. Their attention to detail is apparent in every room, from the thoughtful kitchen design to the bathroom finishes and even the elegance they added to our staircase.

Were thrilled with the results and highly recommend Andrei and his team to anyone seeking beauty and practicality in their home renovation. Thank you for bringing our vision to life!

We met Sosna team at their office at Improve Canada after we interviewed multiple companies as we were looking to renovate our entire house. We needed somebody to remove walls, add new steel beam, relocate the door out in the backyard, new bathrooms, etc.. After discussing with Andrei and Anna, their plan and approach made sense, we decided to go with Sosna and that was the best decision ever. That was in 2017, and six years later into the present day,
renovation is holding up very well and we are happy with it.

The attention to detail and quality of work are still evident.

Recently, we have discovered a small issue under the kitchen sink, and because Sosna kept contact with us all these years, they offered to fix it. Again it shows we made the best decision trusting our renovation with Sosna and we hope others get the help needed from Sosna team

Andrei and his team were fantastic! We hired Sosna because we needed a reputable, trustworthy, all-in-one renovation company to tackle our major house renovation. Sosna took care of everything from design to construction. While the cost of their service is on the higher end (& we did subcontract some work to other contractors due to cost saving reasons), the work that Sosna delivered in the end is undoubtedly worth it.

They truly deliver on quality craftsmanship and professionalism, always on time and within their quoted budget! We highly recommend Sosna if you are looking for a professional and dependable contracting company! Would like to specifically shoutout Adam - the site supervisor who was amazing to work with!

The team at Sosna transformed our house with skill and efficiency. They really took time to understand our needs and are very attentive to details. Although the price is above market average, the services and quality of work worth every penny. As busy working professionals, we only made occasional visit to the contraction site. The team was always on schedule and actively communicated with us during the construction. The outcome is amazing. Special thanks to Chantal, Daniel, Leo and Gus, they truly make this a smooth experience.

I have just completed a total condo renovation with Sosna and am so very impressed with the whole experience and the finished product. From exceptional project management, innovative creative design, proactive problem solving, effective communication and attention to detail, Sosna delivered and exceeded my expectations. When searching for my renovation contractor, I did my homework and wanted a reliable & reputable company who would deliver my home back to me on time & on budget - Sosna delivered and, at times, overdelivered.

I cannot thank Andrei & team, especially Leo, Roman, Gus, Daniel L, Daniel M, Olga & Rosie. You are all truly exceptionally talented, kind, considerate professionals that I was honoured to meet and work with. Wishing you all the best!

Hiring Sosna was the best decision I have made as a homeowner. We did a large renovation of all 3 floors. Removing supporting walls to create an open concept. They designed and created a beautiful kitchen, and installed hardwood floors. The quote was accurate, both for cost and amount of time needed to complete the project. There were major setbacks and obstacles that arose, (as always happens with big projects) but Sosna handled them quickly.

There was constant communication throughout the process, to ensure I was informed and happy about the work being done. All the employees are friendly and approachable. They also keep the cleanest work site I have ever seen. It has been 2 years since they completed the reno, and I know I can still call them for help with anything. They are true professionals.
