We had a pretty bad drainage blockage deep down the kitchen drain. Charles and two other crew members were able to come same day and provide efficient and effective power snaking and (next day) hydro jetting services to unclog it. The pricing was reasonable as well. I had a get together at my house and was cooking up a storm! Little did i know i clogged my kitchen sink also two shut off valves were leaking below the sink! Drian rescue came immediately and solved all my problems before guests arrived! Super thankful and highly recommend Drain rescue!

Called this company, the division on Wilson in Hamilton to book an emergency appointment. Received a call from Marek S. the Plumber 4 minutes later to confirm he would be there in an hour, which he was. As a man who has been in the HVAC service industry for 26 years, I cant say enough about him. Very professional and likeable, even took time for a laugh. Job was done and completed professionally. I just want to thank Dwayne and his crew from the 1 Wilson St location for the wonderful job they did at my home. Major underground pipe repair. They were very efficient and clean up was done with alot of care. Michael came quickly and rectified the situation. Service was good however it would have been nice if they provided a slight clean up of the area for the cost paid. In comparison I have used Roto rooter for similar cost and they cleaned up area of the sewage back up.

These guys REALLY know what they are doing. I called a couple of plumbers about a problem I had. Both gave me differing solutions as to what they thought the problem was. So, a friend advised me to call Drain Rescue Plumbers. And am I glad I did! Charles arrived and looked over the problem, checked other sources that might be contributing and he didn't just tell me what he thought was the problem--he SHOWED ME the problem so it could be rectified. And it was. The other plumbers? They might want to consider another line of work.

I had some emergency work done (Sewage drain replacement, from my property line to the house), the team that Drain Rescue sent were the utmost professionals. They were informative, polite, and most importantly hard working.

Dwayne, Vishali, Ivan, Igor, and Rudolph (I hope I got the spelling correct) are a top notch team. they managed to get what was initially 2 days of work done in 1 day. To say I am pleased is an understatement.

I've read other reviews and have nothing but high praise about Drain Rescue and in particular the team.
