Not sure why everyone is complaining about having their bags checked when going in/out, they're running a business not a charity. All the staff I interacted with were all friendly, understanding and very accommodating. I got there early and there was no queue and entering was very quick, but as the morning got on it did get busier and a queue formed. Loads of cars in stock and nicely organised so that similar cars are grouped together. Makes things waaay easier to find

A very good place to pull parts. I've been going to this place for years now and the best part is, they have weekly parts sales.
Their inventory status and location is pretty much accurate and part vehicles are easy to locate.
Have recommended to my friends and family to always look at their inventory before paying arm and a leg for aftermarket parts.

This location has been extremely kind and helping. In the most blunt way possible theres a lot of weird people and they often are disrespectful to the staff. I believe a lot of these bad reviews are coming from those people. If you are a kind and respectful person you will have a great experience. I know of no one that has had a bad experience personally.

Excellent. I needed a headlight to fix some cosmetic damage, and luckily there was one here in good condition. Please note that you need to remove the parts by yourself. By chance, the bumper of the donor car was already removed, and it took all of one minute to get the part I needed. Saved me a lot of time and headache. I was able to get the part installed elsewhere and worked fine. Thank you.

Unfortunately my car was stolen and taken for a joy ride and returned to me in the state of the pictures! I was extremely sad when this happened and have grown super attached to that car. Pick and pull made the transaction so effortless and easy, it was a relief to sell my car at a decent price and have it picked up for free. Id you see considering selling your car I would highly recommend pick and pull. I was able to pick up a cheque the very next day.

Good experience with fair pricing. On a hot summer day it feels like you're walking into a desert of a metal graveyard (gets very hot). The service here was very helpful, friendly and amazing in helping us find what we needed. Would recommend to check the website first to see if the make of the car is available and note the date. Majority of people who come here know when to come and are able to take parts off like it's nothing (compared to unseasonal folks like I). Pricing is fair and clearly listed. Bring your own tools, wear closed toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. It costs $1 for entry (credit/debit accepted).
