After reading all the positive reviews, we were disappointed in our experience with Oaktree Carpets and Flooring.
The seam with the carpet in another room was done poorly at installation, and looked ragged and crooked upon completion. To their credit, after we complained Oaktree sent their most experienced installer to try and improve it. That seam looks a lot better now; big thank you to Cody.
Our remaining concern is there appears to be a slit/ manufacturing flaw in the middle of the carpet on the floor of the bedroom. I had initially sent Lex at Oaktree a photo, plus I showed it to Cody who took another picture and said he would report it again to Oaktree. That was about two weeks ago, but theres been no further follow up from Oaktree about having installed a product with a defect.
EDIT: The owner, Dave, got in touch right away as soon as he became aware of the issue, he has personally inspected the carpet, and he has been fabulous about offering to replace the carpet and make things right. Thank you Dave for being so responsive to customer concerns.

Oaktree doesnt disappoint. The product and the work are exceptional. The installers were incredibly polite, hardworking and talented. Although there were some deficiencies as there is with any renovation, Dave and Kathy went above and beyond to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied and any of our concerns or issues were immediately rectified. Their customer service is unmatched. Oaktree is a company you can trust to get the job done right!

My wife and I just got laminate installed on our main floor, and we couldnt be happier! The whole process from purchase to installation went super smooth. Kathy provided us with great customer service and helped us choose flooring based on our needs.
The installation crew did a fantastic job! They were super detail-oriented, fast and the floors look amazing. The laminate quality is solid, and its easy to clean with our pets, which is a huge plus.

We had the best experience at oaktree. The products are high quality, the staff are incredibly helpful, and our installer Mumin is so talented- his work is clean and beautifully done and he is so professional and efficient. We will absolutely be asking for Mumin again when we re-do the carpet in our basement, he's the best. Also special shoutout to Dan who made the quotes and ordering process simple, quick, and exciting. Thanks to everyone who made our floor install a great experience!

The customer service and planning aspect of my projects (both carpet and LVP) was great. They have been extremely patient with my questions and working with my condo board to ensure all their requirements are met.
The installers they used were professional, great at their job, and polite. They went above any beyond to make sure everything looked perfect before leaving.

Oaktree Carpet was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. I reached out and got a quote and was helped in store when we went to check the samples. Amber C. helped us from start to finish and she was fantastic! Our carpet was installed by Nematillo in 1 day! Which was amazing as we had just moved into our place and had movers coming to bring our furniture. Nematillo was super accommodating and got the job done. The carpet looks great and we love the quality. Amazing service! Absolutely recommend!

I find it challenging to find good customer service these days, as well as a company who will go the extra mile and stand behind their products. All of these things and more are true of Oak Tree. Dealing with James and Kathy was a breeze and so informative! The installation of our stairs was done quickly and incredibly well! The installer Mumin was so polite, professional, and did an incredible job cleaning up the work site once finished. We also had a custom rug made through Oak Tree and are still a year later blown away at the quality, and price point! To buy any large rug, might as well be the cost of a vacation, but having a rug custom done through oak tree, was shockingly economical. We will be replacing all the flooring in our home (5000sq ft) next year, we wont bother looking anywhere other than Oak tree! Highly highly recommend!

We went with the same carpet and weight we had installed when we bought the home in 2021. The carpet they laid in our upstairs today still looks new. The carpet we had installed in the downstairs was completed on budget. The installer, Cory, did exceptional work and without sacrificing workmanship, completed the job one day ahead of time. Without hesitation and I would recommend Oak Tree and Cory to anyone needing new carpet.

Dan the salesperson/manager at Oaktree was helpful and friendly not in the least pushy, provided excellent background information about the carpet company of the carpet we chose.
Cody our carpet installer was very professional and efficient at installation. He was flexible about the date for installation on two different days. Though moving furniture was not in his job description he helped move a mattress as I just had surgery.

I cant say enough about how great they were.
The installation was absolutely perfect( it was not an easy install but Sunny installed everything to perfection.) Looks amazing.

Shoutout to Cody for an incredible job done! Cody was kind and friendly, and even returned after the installation to do final touch ups. We've gotten so many compliments on the carpet!
My experience with Oaktree got off to a rocky start due to interactions with another installer, but it quickly changed once I got in touch with Kathy. Kathy was so helpful in rectifying the issue and I'm glad that the whole process went smoothly from there on. Very happy with everything in the end!
